This is the shitiest service i think Ive ever experienced terrible prices crap value for trade ins and crappy service this store sucks !

Terrible service in store. Whenever you call for questions you are put on hold forever or if they answer they talk to another customer in the store at the same time your on the phone with them.

Lets be frank, service was poor and games were defective. Would not give me trade prices over the phone and their return polcicy on new games is un reasonable. Gamecrazy however had great service and lower prices. Sam…

This is becoming one of my boys favorite stopping places. They have good trade prices for the games and have lots of good priced games to pick from. They also have alot of family appropriate games.
