Staff ignores patrons (or acts as if waiting on them is a chore), manager applies different "policies" on different days, owner lies to customers (even long-time customers who have spent thousands of dollars over many years).

The selection is fantastic, and I really like that with the size of the store, they have space where you can set and check out your purchases without being in the way of other customers.
