Some time its my favorite store, they have some awesome stuff, but some of the staff are horrible, they ignored me when i asked for help, and had to go around to multiple people for just one item before i found it.

Terrible customer service! Every time I go there, I have to ask 3 people the same question. Also, preordered a game & didn't get a call until 6 mo l8r

They are very helpful in finding the book you need and if they can't find it they order it in. You can sit and have a complimentory cup of coffee in a comfy chair while you read your book if you like.
