They did not meet my expectations when returning something under warranty. they seem to have hundreds of excuses why they wont take an IPOD back then trying to help. They need a new customer management team.

This is the worst store. I haven't set foot back into the store since Christmas 2000. THe workers were very rude and infact one of them called me a "female dog" in not so many words. I would never buy anything from that store again!
